Exquisite Creative Self Care for Women Writers and Creators in Community
Be held in imagining, creating, implementing, rejuvenating, and maintaining wholistic-exquisite-creative self-care for our minds, bodies, and souls with abundant resourcing for ourselves, alone, within our immediate and extended families, and in our creative community(s). Bring you journal, sketch pad, colored pencils, brushes and paints as well as your computer and writing pad. Maximum Participants: 5

Trilogy at Rio Vista is a gated community: I will provide your name for entry at front gate for entry when you register.
Travel: Please enter Trilogy Rio Vista via Highway 12 & Summerset Road. Your GPS may direct you to Airport Road which is accessible to residents only. From San Francisco and Oakland is approximately 1 hour, from the North Bay, not more than 1.5 hours.
Arrival: Please arrive 30 minutes to get settled, meet your writing partners for the day and to enjoy filtered water, coffee, tea & fresh fruit offerings. , and late morning vegan and vegetarian friendly food offerings.
Food: Offerings of fresh ruit & the fixings for a hearty vegan and vegetarian friendly salad will be available at Noon.
*Note the time our day will end from 4-3 pm in order for our writing community to attend the memorial services for the son of a writing community member
